BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Everyone is safe after a threat to Sehome High School prompted a lockdown Friday afternoon.

A Western Alert says a report of an active shooter prompted the lockdown at 1:15 p.m.

It was later changed to a Hold – where students are kept in classrooms while the building is swept.

Police found that there was no actual threat, and the hold was lifted.

There was a normal school dismissal at 3:15 p.m.
