BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A local alum is getting yet another nod from Hollywood’s awards for their television series.
Western Washington University graduate Dan Erickson, show creator and writer for Severance, has been nominated for an Emmy.
The hit TV show has received many accolades, and this year is no different.
The previous winner of two Emmys following its premier season, Severance has been nominated for 27 Emmy awards this year.
According to IMDb, Severance has so far been nominated for 112 awards and won 25 so far.
Severance’s second season aired this winter, and the episode Erickson and director Ben Stiller may receive accolades for is titled “Cold Harbor.”
Its third season is slated to come out in January 2026.
The 77th Emmys are set to air on Sept. 14.
