FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The Washington State Patrol has issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert.

15-year-old Kamran Finkbonner was last seen on Monday, Sep. 29 at 9 a.m. at the 5800 block of Golden Eagle Dr. in Ferndale. He is autistic and needs clear instructions.

Finkbonner is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black T-shirt.
