SKAGIT COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Two people are dead following a shooting in Skagit County.

Anacortes Police say that their officers were called to K Avenue at around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10 after gunshots were heard in the area.

Two people were found dead at the scene, though it’s unclear if this was inside a residential building or outside a home.

Police say there is no threat to the public at this time.
