BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Construction may cause some detours if you’re trying to access a popular Bellingham park next week.
The City’s Parks and Recreation Department said that crews will be paving and fixing the asphalt at the Wilkin Street entrance of Lake Padden Park.
That entrance to the park and the adjoining gravel parking lot will close between Monday, June 29 and Wednesday, July 1, depending on the weather.
Parkgoers are asked to use the Samish Way entrances to access Lake Padden during the construction period.
