SEATTLE, Wash. – A member of the Swinomish Tribe has been sentenced to six years for dealing fentanyl and other drugs on the reservation and elsewhere in Skagit County.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in Seattle says police found 28-year-old Robert Andrew Johnny with drugs and guns two separate times.
Police contacted him in a vehicle last March and found 90,000 fentanyl pills, two kilos of methamphetamine, four firearms and $10,000 in cash.
In June 2021, police searched a car Johnny had been driving and found fentanyl, meth, heroin and a firearm.
He will serve four years of supervised release after serving his federal prison sentence.
