BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Three years after the pandemic shut down train service into B.C., Amtrak is finally back to operating on its regular schedule.
Starting on Monday, March 6th, the Amtrak Cascades route will offer two daily round-trip services between Seattle and Vancouver, BC.
Bellingham customers looking to cross the border can now pick between a morning or evening departure time.
And folks looking to travel south via Amtrak now have a new early morning option.
Initial daily train services returned to Bellingham in September after the pandemic shut down cross-border travel.
