BLAINE, Wash. – A Blaine woman critically injured in a hit-and-run crash last month has died from her injuries.

WSP says that 33-year-old Ashleigh Woodward was driving with her daughter on Blaine Rd March 7th when a motorcycle tried to pass her.

Woodward ended up hitting two concrete barriers and was ejected from the car.

The motorcyclist left the scene and has not been identified.

Woodward was transported to Harborview Medical Center, where she had been receiving care until her death.

Her 13-year-old daughter was treated at Peacehealth St Joseph Medical Center and has since recovered.
