BLAINE, Wash. – City officials from Blaine are warning of a cougar sighting early on Wednesday.
The sighting occurred mid-morning along Cain Creek near Boblett St and Mitchell Ave.
They’re advising people to walk in groups if possible and to keep pets on a leash or in their house.
If you see a cougar, the Fish and Wildlife Service says to make noise, keep eye contact with it and do not run.
