BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Whatcom County Auditor’s Office is looking for volunteers to write ballot measure statements to appear in the General Election Local Voters’ Pamphlet for this upcoming November 7th election.

Specifically, the office is looking for statements arguing for or against some of the propositions facing voters including rental relocation assistance for tenants, and property tax levies for fire and emergency services.

Volunteers must be residents of the district, and willing to have their name published.
