BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Multiple agencies will take part in an emergency drill at Bellingham International Airport on Friday, September 8th.

The Port of Bellingham says the full-scale exercise will happen east of the main runway between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

People traveling along Airport Way, Airport Drive and Mitchell Way should expect to see emergency equipment and personnel in the area.

The drill will give the airport and its partners important practice dealing with a real aircraft emergency.
