ARLINGTON, Wash. – A former Whatcom County resident is in custody after being accused of sexually assaulting a child.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office received reports on July 6th of child rape committed by a registered sex offender.

Detectives began an investigation and found probable cause to arrest 43-year-old Randall Alo for rape of a child and incest.

They contacted Alo at his new address in Arlington on Wednesday, July 26th.

He is currently being held in the Whatcom County Jail without bail.
