OLYMPIA, Wash. – Governor Jay Inslee made an endorsement for his successor over the weekend.

Inslee attended current Attorney General Bob Ferguson’s campaign launch in Seattle on Saturday, September 9th.

He announced his endorsement of Ferguson as the state’s next governor there, citing the AG’s support of reproductive freedom.

Ferguson joins a gubernatorial race that includes Public Lands Commissioner Hilary Franz, state Senator Mark Mullet and former U.S. Representative Dave Reichert.

Governor Inslee announced earlier this year that he would not seek a fourth term in office.
