LYNDEN, Wash. – A Lynden man is in custody after an investigation found he allegedly recorded people without their consent.

Lynden Police Chief Steve Taylor said that the suspect was accused of using the hidden recording devices back in March.

Police arrested 45-year-old Derrick Zollner last Thursday, June 8th.

Zollner faces felony cyberstalking and voyeurism charges in connection with the investigation.

Chief Taylor added that due to the nature of Zollner’s offense, he is only able to release a limited amount of information about the arrest.
