BLAINE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – New information has been released regarding a recent murder in Blaine.

The suspect, 76-year-old Wayne Mahar, is accused of intentionally shooting and killing his neighbor, 67-year-old Vincent Reames on Oct. 4.
