BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Just ten percent of eligible Whatcom County voters have returned a ballot for next Tuesday’s primary.

Ballots must be placed in a drop box by 8 p.m. on election day or postmarked no later than August 1st.

Voters who have not received a ballot should contact the Whatcom County Auditor’s office.

Those who wish to register or update their voter information have to do so in person at the auditor’s office in the County Courthouse.
