BELLINGHAM, Wash. – State officials from Oregon are searching for a missing infant they say could be in Bellingham.

The Oregon Department of Human Services says the infant went missing from Portland along with his mother and her partner on September 5th.

The adults are Markishia Duckett and Declan Harris.

The department believes the infant may be at risk and could be in Bellingham or Vancouver, WA.

Declan Colby Duckett was born just weeks ago on August 31st.

Officials say he is 20 inches tall, seven pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
