SEATTLE, Wash. – He may not have written back after the league wrote him off, but now he has signed his name on the dotted line.

The Seattle Seahawks and quarterback Geno Smith have agreed to a three-year deal worth $105 million.

During a season that saw him win AP Comeback Player of the Year, Smith broke multiple Seahawks single-season records including completions, passing attempts and passing yards.

He also led the NFL in completion percentage at 69.9 percent and finished fourth in the league with 30 touchdown passes.

It was banner year for the journeyman back-up, and the Seahawks seem happy to have locked him up as their starter as they look to bolster the rest of their lineup in this year’s draft.
