BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A repeat offender is back in custody after allegedly exposing himself to a stranger.

Bellingham Police say the victim was in her car in the 400 block of York Street when the suspect approached her and asked for money Saturday.

When she refused, the suspect began urinating on the sidewalk.

The suspect, 44-year-old Corey Joyner, has been convicted on six separate occasions of indecent exposure.

He remains at the Whatcom County Jail on $15,000 bail.
