BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Two men were arrested after allegedly pistol whipping a man outside of a Bellingham convenience store.
BPD Lt. Claudia Murphy said that officers arrived at the 7-11 on Northwest Avenue Saturday night, February 4th, and found the victim with several facial and head injuries.
The victim said that the two suspects attacked him from behind as he was putting things away in his car.
They pointed their guns at the victim and a witness before leaving in a car.
Officers were able to locate the suspects and take them into custody later that evening.
The suspects, 19-year-olds Osvaldo Orozco and Jonathan Mendoza, were booked into the Whatcom County Jail on assault charges.
