BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Whatcom Transportation Authority is offering free rides on all bus trips within the county from this Thursday, August 10th, through the 19th.

The free fare days coincide with the Northwest Washington Fair, giving members of the community a way to get to the fair without paying those high gas prices.

All bus and paratransit rides are free, including WTA’s Lynden Hop.

The only exception is Route 80X service to Mount Vernon.
