SEATAC, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – An Alaska Airlines flight headed to SeaTac returned to LAX shortly after a strange odor was reported in the cabin.
KIRO reports that the Alaska Airlines flight left Los Angeles on Thursday, May 2 but returned to the airport shortly after takeoff.
No fumes or smoke were reported in the cockpit, and the source of the odor was undetermined after an inspection.
Passengers were transferred to a different plane as a precaution before continuing on to SeaTac.
