BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The City of Bellingham has announced a new partnership aimed at increasing options for renters.
As part of Mayor Kim Lund’s executive order targeting affordable housing, the city has partnered with home-sharing website Nesterly.
The company pairs homeowners who have an extra room or property with renters searching for affordable housing.
Anyone can create a profile or search Nesterly listings for free.
Some additional fees will apply for renters once their booking is confirmed.
Verification and background checks for both homeowners and renters will be conducted through the Nesterly platform.
