FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Utility work will shut down a Ferndale thoroughfare for the next few weeks.

City officials say that Ferndale Terrace will be closed between Hendrickson Avenue and Legoe Avenue for utility work.

The closures began on Monday, March 3 and will continue to close daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The project will take between 4-6 weeks to complete.

Residents are being asked to use Main Street as a detour route.
