BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Expect some delays if you’re driving near Barkley Village in Bellingham over the next week.
The City of Bellingham says it is in the home stretch of their Woburn Street sewer project.
Crews will be repaving roads on Woburn from Texas Street to Barkley Boulevard and Yew Street between the Carolina and Texas Streets. The city also says drivers should expect delays for the next 6-10 nights between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. starting Monday, April 22.
The year-long sewer main replacement project is expected to finish once the repaving is complete.
All pedestrian ramps in the area will be made fully ADA accessible by the end of the project.
