BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Some in-person services for Bellingham residents will be temporarily unavailable later this week.
Bellingham Public Works and Parks services will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31. Rental registration, safety and building inspections will be closed from 2 to 4 p.m. The finance public service counter will also close starting at 2 p.m.
All of the closures are due to the city holding its first all-staff meeting in several years.
Arne Hanna, Civic Complex, and all branches of the Bellingham Public Library will remain open during their normal hours.
The city notes that public safety professionals will still be available to respond during the closure and many services will available online.
