SKAGIT COIUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A Skagit County man was killed in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend.

Washington State Patrol says that the driver, identified as 67-year-old Robert Schultz from Bow, WA, was heading north on Chuckanut Drive on the afternoon of Saturday, May 18.

Schultz’s car crossed the center line near Bow Hill Road and his car crashed on the opposite side of the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Washington State Patrol has not confirmed if the driver was impaired, and the cause of the fatal crash is still unknown.
