BELLINGHAM, WA – (MyBellinghamNow.com) Freezing conditions are forecast for Whatcom County through the weekend.

The National Weather Service in Seattle says we could see record-breaking cold temperatures Thursday night into at least early next week.

There’s currently a wind advisory and a wind chill advisory in effect for western Whatcom County through 7 a.m. Saturday.

Forecasters say those freezing temperatures and wind chill could bring potential lows down to -25 degrees across western Washington over the weekend.

There is also a strong possibility of ice forming Thursday night, so be careful on the roads.
