BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – The Mount Baker Theatre (MBT) is hosting a unique opportunity for individuals tying the knot in the near future.

On Jan. 19, the MBT will host its fourth annual Winter Wedding Show, showcasing over 30 event and wedding vendors.

The event features options for photographers, florists, DJs, jewelry, food & beverage and more. There is even a specialist called Wags Down The Aisle for those looking to incorporate furry friends in their special day.

Vendors are primarily Whatcom County based but include businesses from Skagit and King County as well. This year, booking a service day of is not required and many vendors are offering attendees a discount for simply making consultation plans.

MBT digital marketing manager Lorin O’Grady says anyone can attend the event—planning a wedding is not an entry requirement.

“People have come by to get a mimosa, hang out and sample the catering for a little bit,” O’Grady. “To be able to come inside the building without having to see a show is a totally different experience.”

The first 150 attendees will receive gift bags including goodies from Skin Rhythm Spa, custom made cookies from featured bakers and vendor coupons.
