SKAGIT VALLEY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A new tulip farm is set to have its first bloom in Skagit Valley in 2025.
Skagit Acres will make its debut at the county’s tulip festival in spring 2025. Alongside the new 3-acre tulip field will be food trucks, a beer and wine garden, live music, a greenhouse and nursery.
Skagit Acres is owned by Spinach Bus Ventures, which is made up of a group of former Mount Vernon High School classmates who also own Tulip Town.
“Unveiling the first-ever tulip farm in South Mount Vernon is incredibly exciting,” said Skagit Acres owner Rachael Sparwasser.
They’re offering a $3 discount on early bird tickets to the new farm through Nov. 30.
The 41st annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival will run through the entire month of April.
