BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – You won’t need a Discover Pass if you want to explore the great outdoors on Saturday.
That’s because tomorrow is National Public Lands Day, and entrance to any national park is waived.
North Cascades National Park is among the hundreds of parks that will welcome visitors fee-free all day tomorrow.
No events are planned to commemorate the annual date in the North Cascades.
If you’re willing to travel a bit further south, a volunteer event is being held at Mount Rainier National Park starting at 8am.
The next fee-free day for national parks is scheduled for October 10.
