The team had Vikings assistant offensive coordinator Grant Udinski in for a second interview today.
He’s the second candidate to be called in for a second interview, along with Saints offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.
Meanwhile, CBS’s Jonathan Jones reports that a fifth name has emerged in the hunt.
He says the Seahawks interviewed Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich.
Those three names, combined with Detroit offensive line coach Hank Fraley and Chicago interim head coach Thomas Brown make up the five-man field that is currently known.
The Western Washington University men picked up a big win in thrilling fashion last night.
Sophomore Tijan Saine raced the length of the court and hit a floating layup at the buzzer to take down 17th ranked Saint Martin’s 77-75 at Carver Gym.
Will Wilson led the Viks with 22 points and Sehome alum Grant Kepley added 16 in the win.
It was the second straight conference victory for Western, who snapped Saint Martin’s eight-game win streak.
Meanwhile, the Lady Viks dominated Alaska Fairbanks 67-37 to earn the fourth win in their last five.
Coming up tomorrow, the men host Western Oregon and at 7 pm and the women play at Alaska Anchorage.
The Kraken couldn’t hold onto an early lead and fell to the Winnipeg Jets 2-1 last night.
Matty Beniers scored the opening goal of the game in the first period and the Jets tied it in the second.
It looked like the match was heading to overtime when Dylan DeMelo scored with under thirty seconds left to give the NHL-leading Jets their third straight win.
The Kraken finished their up-and-down road trip going 2-3.
Now they’re heading back to Climate Pledge for a match against the Los Angeles Kings tomorrow night.

Kelsey Plum will have her #10 jersey hung in the rafters during the Huskies’ home game against Purdue.
Plum set the then-NCAA Division I individual scoring record during her time with the Huskies with 3,527 career points.
She’ll become the first player in UW women’s basketball to have her jersey number retired.
A pair of Mariners legends could soon find themselves in Cooperstown.
Ichiro Suzuki and Felix Hernandez are both on the ballot for the 2025 Baseball Hall of Fame.
Each player needs to garner 75% of votes to be inducted.
For Ichiro, he’ll look to join Mariano Rivera as the only players to be voted in unanimously.
Felix will have a much closer case, as he holds 25.3% of votes with nearly 60% of ballots left to be counted as of yesterday afternoon.
The final results will be announced on Tuesday.

Tyler Anderson of WhatcomPreps reports that the Wildcats thought they hit a game-winning three at the buzzer, but it was released just after time expired.
The Trojan girls had a more definitive win, pounding Oak Harbor 51-16.
And the Nooksack Valley boys dominated Blaine 76-35.
