Investigators say one of the assaults was reported days before the PAC-12 championship game and say there were emails sent within the athletic department that Rogers should be taken off the roster.
UW claims the criminal complaint that was released earlier this month contained new information, and that it immediately took more actions to address the safety concerns.
Rogers remains free on $300,000 bail, his next court date is May 21.
The Seattle Storm have become the second WNBA team to open a standalone training facility.
The $64 million building opened yesterday and features two practice courts, a high-performance area, therapy pools, a large locker room and lounge area for players.
Previous to its opening, the Storm spent more than a decade using a secondary court at a local NCAA Division II college as its primary practice gym.
