Woo was shut down at the end of spring training with elbow inflammation.
He was scheduled to start the season as the Mariners’ fifth starter in their rotation.
Woo is expected to make his 2024 debut for the M’s in early May.
The Sounder’s early-season woes continued over the weekend.
They lost to the Vancouver Whitecaps 2-0 on Saturday.
The short-handed Sounders finished the game with just nine players after a pair of red cards.

Owner Ryan Smith announced on the Pat McAfee Show yesterday that he’s using a bracket to decide the name.
He said the bracket will start with eight names and fans will vote to narrow it down to one.
Smith refuted claims that AI could take over the voting by pointing out that his company Qualtrics will be able to “handle the bots.”
