A pair of Huskies football players are facing more legal troubles.
Tylin “Tybo” Rogers and Diesel Gordon were charged after allegedly assaulting a bicyclist in Seattle last month.
The Seattle Police Department says the cyclist claims the players yelled at him from a car and he responded by flipping them off and spitting at the driver.
He alleges that the players then followed him before assaulting him, breaking his bike and spitting on him at least eight times.
Rogers already faces separate charges after allegedly raping two women.
The school says that both Rogers and Gordon are currently suspended from the team.
And Western Washington University’s golf teams found plenty of success at the GNAC Championships yesterday.
The men’s team finished in first place to win the program’s 11th conference tournament title.
They now have an automatic bid to the NCAA II Super Regional tournament, where they’ll play with a chance to go to nationals on the line.
The women placed second after the two-day conference tournament in Coeur d’Alene.
