The Mariners are back tonight for the start of their three game series against the Los Angeles Angels.

The M’s are coming off a series win against the Houston Astros where they won three out of the four games.

Their offensive struggles continued yesterday when they managed just four hits in a shutout loss.

That coincided with today’s decision to part ways with “offensive coordinator” and bench coach Brant Brown.

The M’s are one of the three worst teams in the league in batting average and runs scored.

Despite their struggles at the plate, Seattle has won four of their last five games and currently hold a three game lead over the Rangers for first place in the AL West.

The Angels have lost five of their last six and sit nine games behind the M’s in last place.

Game One of the series  takes place at T-Mobile tonight with Bryan Woo on the mound.

Coverage begins at 6:00 and first pitch is at 7:10 on KPUG.

The NBA Finals is set.

The Boston Celtics will look to net their 18th banner against the Dallas Mavericks.

The Celtics owned the best record in the regular season and have blown through the playoffs with just two losses so far.

The Mavs are coming off a blowout win in Game 5 against Minnesota yesterday where its two stars Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving each scored 36 points.

Game One of the NBA Finals tips off Thursday evening in Boston.

In the WNBA, the Seattle Storm beat Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever 103-88 last night to win their fourth straight.

Jewell Loyd led the Storm with 22 and Skylar Diggins-Smith chipped in with 18.

Clark scored 20 points for the Fever, who fell to 1-8 on the season.

And Opening Day is finally here in Bellingham.

The Bells are ringing in the new season at Joe Martin Field tonight.
