BLAINE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Three people were arrested following a federal prostitution investigation at a massage parlor in Blaine.

The Blaine Police Department says that officers acting on a search warrant made the arrests at the Luxury Spa on H Street on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 29.

The investigation was launched following allegations of prostitution and rape occurring inside of the business.

The two men, 57-year-old Todd Berge of Blaine and 38-year-old Ankhjargal Jargalsaikhan of California, were arrested inside of Luxury Spa and face charges of patronizing a prostitute.

A woman, 39-year-old Jie Deng of Renton, was also arrested and charged with second degree rape.

All three have since been released from the Whatcom County Jail.
