BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Two of Bellingham’s parks are due for a face lift in the near future.

Bloedel Donovan and Rock Hill parks will undergo construction in the form of two brand new play structures. Both parks had their playgrounds installed in 1999 and it’s been decided that it is time for them to receive safety and accessibility upgrades.

The Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department likes receiving community input on their plans for local gathering spaces and is asking residents to cast their vote. Both parks have multiple designs to choose from, Bloedel Donovan with three and Rock Hill with two.
