SEDRO-WOOLLEY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A woman is in custody after an alleged DUI crash sent a vehicle through the front of a business.
Sedro-Woolley Police say that the crash occurred around 9:30 Sunday morning, Aug. 2 at the SW Liquor and Wine store.
Officers say that the driver, identified in jail bookings as a 62-year-old woman, admitted to drinking the night before.
She was taken into custody after her blood alcohol content was determined to be over the legal limit.
Sedro-Woolley Police add that the same suspect was arrested on a DUI charge last year, where her BAC was reported to be three times over the legal limit.
