
Whatcom EMS is hosting the course in Bellingham on Monday, March 4.

The Bellingham Plan is a two-year project that will addresses the future of key topics such as housing, transportation and environmental protection.

It is the legislator’s first town hall of the 2024 legislative session which runs from Jan. 8 to March 7.

The competition is for all ages and creators will have the opportunity to present their works in the Whatcom Museum for the last days of March through the first week of April.
