The woman’s sentencing is scheduled for June 26, where prosecutors are recommending a maximum of 33 months in prison.
The man was booked into the Whatcom County Jail.
The man was taken into custody on robbery, assault and malicious mischief charges.
Law enforcement agencies have through Sept. 2 to start reporting their data and will need to make reports monthly from now on.
The 72-year-old was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison.
The suspect told a 911 dispatcher that he didn’t know the gun was loaded.
The 57-year-old will be committed to the hospital “indefinitely” without contact with the victim.
Lummi Police add that an investigation into the victim’s death is ongoing.
The suspect involved was arrested and remains at the Whatcom County Jail on $1 million bail.
The health department is advising the community to spread the word about the overdose spike and to carry the overdose reversal medication Naloxone.
