The mother of the victim also plead guilty to manslaughter earlier this year.
The father is the second person to enter a guilty plea following the death of his 5-year-old daughter in March.
Seattle Fire Department reports their truck was not damaged in the incident.
The man was taken into custody on July 16 but was released on bail on Friday, July 19.
The man faces upwards of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine for each felony count.
