Alaska and Allegiant airlines are the only major carriers that service Bellingham Int’l Airport following Southwest’s departure in 2024.

The Glacier Water District has owned the post office building since the 1970s and has not charged USPS to operate out of it.

Should the study find cruise business to be possible for Bellingham, it would likely be years down the line before our waters saw the high-capacity vessels. 

A spokesperson tells My Bellingham Now that the indoor range is set to open softly for law enforcement beginning January 2026 and will open to the public that March.
