KGMI’s Dianna Hawryluk and Adam Smith chat about a new study on the aging population in the U.S., and how the Chamber of Commerce is working to solve the worker shortage crisis here. According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the number of people immigrating to the U.S has been dropping consistently since 2016, and work visa applications are now far outpacing availability.
