Whatcom County Sheriff deputies were called after a case of physical assault was reported.
The hearing will potentially finalize the claim forms that water users will receive in early 2025.
The recall was issued on Nov. 27 and has since been linked to 68 illnesses across 19 states, including five confirmed cases in Washington.
