BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Special Elections focused on local education in Whatcom County are scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 13 and ballots are due in an official ballot drop box by 8 o’clock that evening. If you’re sending in a ballot by mail, they must be postmarked by the 13th in order to be counted.
