BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – (UPDATE) A vulnerable adult has been found after he was reported missing for a second time earlier Wednesday, Feb. 14.

(Original Story) According to Bellingham Police Department spokesperson Megan Peters, Christopher Spring was first reported missing Tuesday night a little after 9 p.m. Spring was located less than two hours later, but he disappeared again Wednesday morning in downtown Bellingham.

According to a BPD Facebook post, Spring was last seen in the area of Commercial and Holly Streets just before 11:30 a.m. Spring is described as a man in his mid-20s and stands at about 5’5″ with a medium to large build. He is said to have wavey, red shoulder-length hair, a short beard and notably a pair of “fashionable red and black prescription glasses.”

The post says that Spring may be walking from downtown towards his home in Alabama Hill area or around downtown, potentially towards the waterfront. Anyone with information about his whereabouts or to report a sighting is encouraged to call 911 so that officers can account for him.
