Carol Ann Foster (nee Winetrout) passed away peacefully on Friday, April 26th, 2024. Beloved wife of Glenn Foster, cherished mother of Craig Foster, and adored grandmother and great-grandmother. Carol found joy in shopping, homemaking, and being a devoted life companion to Glenn. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 8th, at 2 pm. It will be at Moles Farewell Tributes – Greenacres Memorial Park, 5700 Northwest Dr, Ferndale, WA, 98248.
