BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The City of Bellingham is inviting residents to a dedication ceremony for the new all-electric Pacific Street Operations Center on Wednesday, March 1st.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the new five-story building that the City is calling its most significant construction in decades.
It will provide office and equipment space for Parks and Public Works staff including a TV studio, work stations, and showers and changing rooms for field crews.
The building and adjacent vehicle barn are built to LEED standards and are all electric in keeping with the city’s climate goals.
Mayor Seth Fleetwood will be on hand and calls the Center “a vital, visible investment in the future of Bellingham.”
