EVERETT, Wash. – Calling all young local artists.

Representative Rick Larsen is inviting high school students who live in the 2nd Congressional District to take part in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition.

Paintings, drawings, photography and more will be accepted for the competition.

But the work must be submitted by May 1st at 5 pm.
